I’m a huge fan of coconut. Anything with coconut gets in my belly. So when I stumbled across this SUPER EASY coconut pie recipe, I immediately went into my kitchen and made it.
It helped that I happened to have all the ingredients on hand.
It came out creamy with a bit of a brulee-like crust over the top. So good.
This has got to be the easiest pie recipe ever.
Add the milk and 3 eggs to blender.
Throw in one teaspoon of vanilla.
Next, add sugar
Pour in melted butter
Blend until all ingredients are mixed well. Thi
Pour mixture into a partially baked pie crust.
Top with nutmeg (optional for those non nutmeg lovers)
Top with extra oconut and bake at 350 for 45 minutes
Cool and Enjoy! It’s delicious warm and just as tasty cold!
